Privacy notice
1. Data controller
Vault Canvas Hub is the data controller. Address: 88 12th Floor Ssp Tower 3 Silom Road, Bangkok, Bangkok, 10500, Thailand. Email: hello@vaultcanvashub.digital. Telephone: +66 6626347373. We process personal data in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
2. What we collect
From the contact form and subsequent email: name, email address, chosen sitting, preferred month, how you currently read a session, and the message you write (usually the instrument you watch). If you attend, we also keep a class register (name, sitting dates, fees paid) and any chart dates you send for a review or private briefing. We do not ask for national ID numbers, brokerage logins, or account statements.
3. Why we collect it
To reply to enquiries, confirm seats, take deposits, run the sitting, issue receipts, and keep records required for Thai accounting. The legal bases we rely on are steps toward a contract, our legitimate interest in running a small classroom, and legal obligations for tax records. Optional visit-count cookies, if you accept them, are described in the cookie notice.
4. Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for 24 months and then deleted from our mailbox archive. Class registers, invoices, and deposit records are kept for five years to meet tax record-keeping practice in Thailand. Printed charts you leave behind are shredded at the end of the intake week unless you ask to collect them.
5. Who we share with
We do not sell names. We may share what is needed with our accountant in Bangkok, with a bank to match a transfer, or with authorities if required by law. Hosting for this website may process technical logs. Instructors Arun Kittisak and Nira Somsak see the register for sittings they run.
6. International transfers
If our email or site host stores mail outside Thailand, we treat that as an international transfer. We use suppliers who offer contractual safeguards appropriate under the PDPA. Classroom teaching itself takes place in Bangkok.
7. Your rights
Subject to the PDPA, you may request access to the data we hold, correction of inaccuracies, deletion where we no longer have a basis to keep it, restriction of processing, and withdrawal of consent for optional cookies. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to hello@vaultcanvashub.digital. You may also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
8. Children
Sittings are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Security
Enquiry mail is limited to staff mailboxes. Registers are not published. No method of storage is perfect; we will notify you of a breach as required by the PDPA.
