Refunds, deposits, and missed sittings
How to ask
Write to hello@vaultcanvashub.digital with your name, the sitting, and the dates. You may also telephone +66 6626347373. We reply within two working days. Approved refunds return by the same Thai bank transfer method used to pay us, typically 10–15 working days after we confirm in writing.
Foundational Market Profile Workshop
A deposit of THB 8,400 holds a Saturday seat. Cancel 14 days or more before the first Saturday: the deposit and any balance already paid are returned in full. Cancel 7–13 days before: we keep 50 percent of the full fee (or the deposit if that is all we have received) and return the rest. Within six days of Saturday one, fees are not returned except for documented illness or a building closure on our side.
If you miss one Saturday, we do not refund that day. You may sit the matching day of a later intake if a chair is free. If we cancel an intake (instructor illness, room unusable), we offer a later series or a full refund of sums paid for the cancelled intake.
Printed binder and charts
Once the workshop binder and printed sessions have been issued to you, THB 800 of the fee is treated as materials already used and is not returned, even when the remainder of a sitting is refundable. Pages you lettered stay yours; we do not buy them back.
Volume-at-Price Reading Circle
A single evening cancelled with 48 hours’ notice is refunded in full. Later than that, or a no-show, the evening is treated as taken. For a six-evening block, if you cancel before the fourth evening we refund unused evenings minus one evening’s fee as an administration charge. After the third evening, unused evenings are not refunded, though you may send a colleague from the same desk to a remaining evening if you write to us first.
One-to-one chart review
Cancel or reschedule with 48 hours’ notice for a full refund or a moved sitting. Inside 48 hours, the fee is kept. Arriving too late to use the ninety minutes does not extend the sitting and is not refunded. We do not refund because we declined to open a live charting login — that limit is stated before you book.
Private briefing
The 25 percent booking fee is not refundable after we confirm the date in writing, unless we cancel. If you reduce headcount after charts are typeset, the day fee does not fall below the quoted figure. If you cancel the day itself more than 14 days out, we keep the booking fee and return any further balance. Inside 14 days, the day fee is due in full unless we can fill the date with another circle, in which case we return sums above the booking fee.
Work already started
Chart preparation for a private day, and lettering already done in a workshop, count as work started. We do not unwind those hours. Partial refunds, where the tables above allow them, apply only to sittings not yet held.
No-shows
If you do not attend and have not cancelled under the notice periods above, the sitting is taken. Telephone us the same morning if Silom traffic or a lift failure will make you late; we may shorten the remaining time but we do not restart a group Saturday for one person.
Rescheduling
Moving a chart review under the 48-hour rule is free once. A second move is treated as a cancellation. Workshop intakes are not moved person-by-person; you join a later series under the missed-Saturday rule.
Exceptions
We may return more than these tables require if we close the room, if an error in our confirmation email caused you to travel on the wrong date, or if a PDPA deletion request overlaps a paid sitting you will no longer attend. We do not refund because a session example did not forecast your next trade.
