Terms of sitting
1. Who we are
Vault Canvas Hub offers in-person training in volume and market profile basics from 88 12th Floor Ssp Tower 3 Silom Road, Bangkok, Bangkok, 10500, Thailand. Contact: hello@vaultcanvashub.digital and +66 6626347373. We are not a broker, investment adviser, or fund.
2. Acceptance
By sending an enquiry, paying a deposit, or attending a sitting, you accept these terms. If you book a private briefing for a circle, the person who writes to us is responsible for ensuring every attendee has read them.
3. What we provide
We provide classroom time, printed session charts, and spoken instruction as described on the relevant sitting page. We do not provide trade recommendations, managed accounts, software licences, or a right to record the room. Nothing said at the table is personal financial advice under Thai law or any other law.
4. Your responsibilities
You must already understand that trading can lose money. You arrive on time, letter your own pages, and do not share other students’ names or their marked charts outside the room. You do not use the classroom to solicit brokerage, signals, or capital from others at the table.
5. Places, deposits, and fees
A place is held only when we confirm it by email and, where a deposit is required, when that deposit has arrived. Fees are as stated on the fee page at the time of confirmation. They may change for later intakes. Taxes, if applicable, will be shown on the invoice we send.
6. Intellectual property
The binder layout, typeset TPO sheets, glossary wording, and curriculum sequence are owned by Vault Canvas Hub. You may keep your marked copies for personal study. You may not copy the typesetting for a class, republish the binder, or record Arun or Nira. Session dates taken from public markets remain public facts; our arrangement of those dates on the page does not.
7. Website
The site is informational. Examples in classroom notes are historical illustrations, not invitations to transact. We may change pages without notice. Enquiry forms are received as messages, not as instant bookings.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Vault Canvas Hub is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or decisions you take after a sitting. Our liability for a sitting you paid for is limited to the fee you paid for that sitting, except in cases of fraud or injury we cannot exclude. We are not liable for lift outages, traffic on Silom Road, or a session example that does not resemble the next week in your market.
9. Conduct in the room
We may ask you to leave, without a further sitting that day, if you harass another person, refuse to stop recording, or persist in asking for live calls after we have declined. Refunds in that case follow the refund notice only where we choose to make an exception.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from sittings, deposits, or this website, without prejudice to any rights a consumer may have that cannot be waived.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued attendance after we email a material change constitutes acceptance of the new text for later sittings.
